DIPSOL ZTB-447AC is black trivalent chromium conversion coating without hexavalent chromium. DIPSOL ZTB-447AC provides black appearance on zinc
plating and high corrosion resistance with bake or without bake.

Applications	Zinc plating for barrel
Features	●Unique black trivalent chromium conversion coating without hexavalent chromium, silver and dyes for zinc barrel plating. ● Can be used for alkaline non cyanide zinc, cyanide zinc or acidic chloride zinc barrel plated parts. ●When applied properly the process will produce a finish that exceeds 168 hours of neutral salt spray to 5%white corrosion products without top coat. ●Even baking at 200℃, high corrosion resistance will be still provided such as 240 hours to 5%white rust at neutral salt splay.
